At Blancs, we stand by the quality of our minimalist designs and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as our silhouettes with a straightforward, stress-free return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original garment bags and secure them in the shipping box, ensuring all original tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
